Hi Reader! Continuing with our seasons theme from last week, I've been leaning into chill of the season, even more so than when the temps first started dropping in December. Way cozy days lingering in my jammies, wearing cozy sweaters, socks and joggers way more. But while also feeling that little itch to feel the zest that comes with springtime. Not surprising since we are just over a week away from halfway to spring. *Fun fact: This time is also long celebrated as Groundhog Day, Imbolc, Candlemas and St. Brigid's Day. (source) Knowing Your SeasonsOur lives don't exactly have a calendar to reference to let us know when the next season is coming. There generally isn't a countdown to reference, but there are signs, there are feelings that let you know something is afoot. This year, I leaned into taking efforts to stay slow, to leave space, to let my dreams formulate. Knowing that my personal springtime is coming. Anticipating and preparing for the changes that will be required to follow where my dreams are taking me. Focusing on why my dream is so important to my heart so that I can hold hands with the fears that are going to challenge me to stay the same. Feeling into the feeling of what living that dream feels like. Heart DreamsIf you have a dream in your heart and want some support to help you navigate this journey, keep coming back to this space. For now, enjoy these days of slowness, of cozy, of dreaming. Spend some time in your journal, with a good book or on a walk. And nurture that glow in your heart. What season are you experiencing?
